Mr. Z offers a complete Macrophotographic Service. Macrophotography is the use of special lens to provide close detailed photographs of any object, including coins.
He uses color film so that the beauty of the coin can be enjoyed. He can use black and white if you prefer, but the cost of the film and developing is higher.
Two examples of Mr. Z's Macrophotography are shown below. This is an 1879 Proof Cameo Silver Trade Dollar. The surfaces are very reflective. Because of the very reflective surfaces, these photographs are very difficult to take. The frosted letters and images also complicate taking photographs.

The macrophotograph shown on the right shows how Mr. Z can use lighting to accent part of the coin. The lighting shown here brings attention to the eagles head.
Charges for Macrophotographs:
Mr. Z usually takes at least two photographs of each side, some times as many as five. This is all included in the above prices.
Several of our customers take advantage of this service. They can display the photographs of their more valuable coins while keeping them safe. Enjoy your coins, photograph them and put them in a photo album.
